Let Mondu couture your wedding or event with style. We will Co-ordinate your wedding or event from start to finish. Mondu will co-ordinate your wedding or event on the day of or co-ordinate your full wedding. Mondu has had the privilege of co-coordinating weddings for brides in the GTA for three years. Leave the planning to us and have a stress free event. Making sure your personal style is reflected in your event is important to us.  Whether you are planning a wedding or event with a theme that is a winter wonderland, a vintage shabby chic farm look, a modern look or a nautical styled affair, we will plan a stylish event for you.

We offer a number of event services, styling engagement portrait sessions, candy and dessert table design, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvah’s, product Launches, holiday parties ,sweet 16’s, bridal showers, anniversaries, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, confirmations, baby christening ,baby shower, corporate functions and  weddings. Our services also  include same day coordinator for your event such as décor, flowers, choosing the venue, cake, Selecting the stationery, Lighting design, prop rentals, welcome bag , designs floor layout,  catering, linens and transportation.

Package 1 from $395
• Day of co-ordination
Placement of programs and ceremony items
• Review any special seating arrangements with ushers
• Ensure delivery and distribution of all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.,
• Coordinate bridal party procession
• Cue musicians
• Liaise with couples, family and officiate
Reception
• Ensure all tables, chairs, flowers, linens, table settings are set up accordingly
• Gift table, place cards and seating plan is organized
• Supervise set up of decor, DJ, musician, catering etc., We will act as your spokesperson to ensure all your needs are met
• Audio equipment check for speeches and run of flow to ensure your entrance is in place
• Review timeline with DJ or master of ceremonies (Includes: arrival and entrance, first dance, toasts, bouquet toss and cake cutting)
• Access to Bridal Emergency Kit

Package 2 from $2000
Full co-ordination
• Design a concept for the wedding that reflects the bride and grooms vision. Creating the color palette
• Finding a site
• Arranging for food, decor and entertainment
• Planning transportation to and from the event
• Sending invitations to attendees
• Arranging any necessary accommodations for attendees
• Coordinating the activities of event personnel
• Supervising at the site
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate
• Help bride and groom to select the right attires for the big day.
• Supply vendors for the wedding such as invitations, cake, venue, flowers, limousine, favors etc
Ceremony:
• Co-ordinate the wedding day by monitoring set up at the ceremony and venue.
