Business deliveries
All orders will be delivered by 5 pm if the product is being shipped to an office or business.
Residential deliveries
Orders that are shipped to a resident will be delivered by 7 pm.
Delivery running late
If for any reason because of circumstances beyond our control we are running late for a delivery, we will inform you by email or phone.
Payment information
We accept payment by visa, master card, American Express, and Paypal. All orders are final once the order has been processed by Mondu floral design.
Refunds
We use the freshest product for our floral designs. Flowers are a perishable product; it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions that come with the flowers to ensure the longevity of the product. There is no refund on our products. If there is a problem with an order we will resolve the issue case by case and we will replace the flowers if it is necessary.
